How we verify what we source, and what we will not do.
Verification before dispatch
Every piece is inspected and verified against its description before dispatch. We check the details we can observe directly, and we state clearly which details could not be verified.
Documentation
Where a brand's own documentation is available — authenticity cards, receipts, serial or reference numbers — it is listed in your quotation so you know exactly what accompanies the item. Where no documentation exists, we say so rather than implying it does.
Information shared with you
Before you commit you receive photographs of the actual item, hand measurements where relevant, condition notes covering wear and hardware, and the available documentation. That information is the basis of your decision.
What we will not do
We do not knowingly source counterfeit goods, and we refuse any request for a replica or for an item presented as something it is not.
Reporting a concern
If you believe an item we supplied is not authentic, contact [contact email] immediately with the details and we will investigate and respond.
