Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you contact Privelle Source, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a sourcing request we collect your name, email address, country and category, and — only if you choose to provide them — your WhatsApp number, brand preference, product name or link, size, colour, quantity, target budget, message text and any product image you upload. We also record the page the request was sent from so we can understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to answer your request: to locate the item, confirm availability and condition, quote a landed price and arrange delivery. We do not use your details for newsletters or unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them.
Uploaded images
An image you upload is used only to understand the item you are asking us to source. It is transmitted with your request to our inbox and is not published on this website or stored in any public location.
How long we keep it
Request records are kept for 24 months so we can follow up on an enquiry and handle any after-sales question. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Your details are shared only with the service providers required to fulfil the request — for example a courier or a supplier within our network — and only to the extent needed. Our email provider processes the message on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@privellesource.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the site is used. It records aggregated information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source and device type. We do not use it to identify you individually or to run advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes this data on our behalf; how Google handles it is described at policies.google.com/privacy. If you would prefer not to be measured, you can block or delete cookies for this site in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to contact us or send a sourcing request.
