Shipping is quoted for your destination before you commit, based on the item's weight, dimensions and the level of insurance required.
Insured and tracked
Shipments are insured and tracked. The tracking reference is shared with you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, VAT and customs handling are set by your destination country and are not included unless your quotation states otherwise. We explain the expected treatment up front.
Delivery times
Indicative transit times are confirmed in your quotation. Delays caused by customs or carrier disruption are outside our control, and we will keep you updated if they occur.
Receiving your parcel
Please inspect the parcel on arrival and report any transit damage within [window] with photographs so we can raise a claim with the carrier.
