Sourcing is a made-to-order service, so please read this before you approve a purchase.
Approval before purchase
Because you approve photographs, measurements and condition notes before we buy, the item you receive should match what you agreed. Any material difference is our responsibility to resolve.
If the item is not as described
Contact us within [window] of delivery with photographs. If the piece materially differs from the approved description we will arrange a return, replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Sourced items are procured specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where we do accept one, return shipping and any restocking cost are your responsibility.
Exceptions
Customised pieces, final-sale items and items marked as non-returnable in your quotation are excluded from returns.
