How does the sourcing service work?
You send a request describing the piece you want — a photo or a link is enough to start. We locate it through our supplier network, verify its details, and send you photographs, measurements, condition notes and a landed price. Nothing is purchased until you approve.
Do you sell directly from this website?
No. This site does not take payments and does not hold stock. It shows examples of what we source and collects your request. Price, availability and delivery are confirmed with you individually.
How long does a request take?
We review every request and reply within 24 hours during the working week. Once you approve a piece, dispatch usually follows within a few working days plus transit time to your country.
Is the item verified before it is sent to me?
Yes. Every piece is checked against its description before dispatch, and any documentation available from the brand or the supplier is listed in your quotation. We tell you what has been verified and what has not.
What about import duties and taxes?
Duties and taxes are set by your destination country. We explain the expected treatment and quote shipping separately so the landed cost is clear before you decide.
Can you source in larger quantities?
Yes. Quantity is part of the request form. For multiple pieces we confirm availability across our network and quote the total landed cost.
